This document is a summary of how the climate of East Gippsland is expected to change during
the 21st century based on a range of greenhouse gas emissions scenarios.

The climate change projections have been collated by CSIRO on behalf of the Victorian Government. The projections are consistent with the Australian climate change projections released in late 2007, incorporating results from the Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (2007).

Further information from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology and other peer-reviewed scientific studies have also been included.
