The Customer Service Resource (CSR) has been developed by GINRF in partnership with agencies across Gippsland. It has been developed to provide everyone with the same information about who does what in terms of managing our natural resources and associated areas.

This new edition features:
- Updated and more accurate information on many NRM topics
- More comprehensive list of contact details for the relevant NRM agencies and groups
- Catchment Management Authority boundary details
- The addition of a number of new topics including Works on Waterways and Indigenous Cultural Heritage
